Giving Back, One Smile at a Time

Do you know someone who’s always showing up for everyone else?

Each quarter, Wisdom Dental Group gives one community hero a complimentary smile makeover. It’s our thank-you to the people who are so busy caring for others that they’ve put their own dental health on the back burner.

Who to nominate

Think of the coach who gives up every Saturday, or the neighbor everyone calls when something goes wrong. Parents, caregivers, teachers, first responders, volunteers: if they make life better for the people around them, we want to hear about them.

How it works

• Nominate someone below. It takes about five minutes.

• Our team reads every nomination and reaches out to finalists.

• Finalists meet with Dr. Foutz for an exam, and we build the treatment plan from there.

• One recipient is chosen each quarter.

The details

• Nominees must be 18 or older and live in the Northland.

• You can’t nominate yourself.

• Financial need isn’t required, and dental insurance doesn’t affect a nominee’s chances.

• The Wisdom Dental team reviews every nomination and chooses the recipient at its discretion.

• If your nominee is selected, they’ll need to sign a media release so we can share their story (name, likeness, photos, video, and audio). Nominees who don’t sign aren’t eligible.
